Large panels for facades and curtain walls need a washer with the structure and drying power to match. The TWQX-3300G-3 combines a pre-wash with two rinsing bars, three pairs of brushes and three pairs of air knives fed by two high-pressure blowers, on a sturdy steel and aluminium structure. With PLC and touch screen, it can be integrated into a production line with a double edger. Techwin is a specialist manufacturer of glass washing machines, and the TWQX-3300G-3 is supplied and supported locally by Innovync.
KEY FEATURES
- Built for Jumbo Glass: sturdy steel and aluminium structure for glass up to 3300 mm wide.
- Pre-Wash with Air Knife: two rinsing bars spray from top and bottom, and an air knife after the pre-wash keeps dirty water out of the washing zone.
- Three-Stage Brush Washing: six cylindrical brushes, three upper and three lower, with each brush pair served by its own stainless steel tank, pump, filters and heating system.
- Low-E Glass Ready: the last top brush is a soft brush for Low-E glass.
- Double Blower Drying: three pairs of straight and angled air knives fed by two high-pressure blowers, with air heating and a low-noise air system.
- Adjustable Air Knives: air knife height and angle can be adjusted.
- Lift-Up Washing and Drying Section: lifts 350 mm for easy maintenance.
- 304 Stainless Steel Wet Parts: covers, tanks, filters, spraying pipes, brush and roller shaft ends, pans and protection parts in the washing zone.
- Line Integration: PLC and touch screen allow the washer to be integrated into a production line with a double edger.
