The TWQX-1200K-3 takes glass from the loading zone through a pre-wash, three pairs of brushes and three pairs of air knives, and delivers it clean and dry at the unloading zone. The washing sections are separated from each other, so dirty water is not carried forward. It runs on city water for everyday washing, or DI water where a higher standard of cleanliness is needed. Techwin is a specialist manufacturer of glass washing machines, and the TWQX-1200K-3 is supplied and supported locally by Innovync.
KEY FEATURES
- Three-Stage Brush Washing: three pairs of nylon brushes clean the glass surface, supplied by three water tanks with filters and quick-connect pumps.
- Low-E Glass Ready: the last top brush is a soft 0.08 mm brush for Low-E glass, and the hard brushes lift by cylinder at the press of a button.
- Straight and Angled Air Knives: three pairs of air knives, two straight and one angled, remove water from the glass surface and edges.
- Heated Water and Air: water heaters on the tanks and a heater on the blower for hot-air drying.
- Lift-Up Washing and Drying Zone: the washing and drying zone lifts as one unit by up to 360 mm for cleaning.
- Stainless Steel Wet Parts: machine covers and all parts in contact with water are stainless steel, with NBR conveyor rollers.
- Clean Water Separation: each section of the washer is separated so dirty water does not cross into the next.
- Low Water Use: water in all tanks is recycled, with removable nozzles and reusable filters for easy daily cleaning.
- Line Integration: optional PLC and touch screen synchronise speed and thickness adjustment with other machines in the production line.
- Inspection and Safety: LED light at the unloading zone for glass inspection, emergency stops, and covers over chains, gears and belts.
